Erin Butler, LMSW, APHSW-C

Erin earned her master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University and is nationally certified in Advanced Palliative and Hospice Social Work. She is also a graduate of the Upaya Zen Center’s Professional Training Program for Clinicians in the Care of the Seriously Ill and Dying.

Her passion for integrating physical and mental wellness shows as she continuously strives to provide all patients with a safe space. Erin believes everyone deserves the chance to feel supported.

Fun Facts: Erin loves being outdoors, especially going on hikes. She enjoys cooking plant-based meals and listening to live music.
